We are pleased to announce the establishment of Transform, a research consortium funded by the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA), composed of more than 25 partners—including universities, research centres, NGOs, and other institutions. The consortium addresses the challenge of urban mobility through a comprehensive lens: examining how mobility cultures evolve over time, what triggers these changes, and their socio-spatial effects. The focus lies on the interaction between urban and transport systems.
Research will be conducted through a Doctoral Network, involving 13 PhD candidates under the guidance of experienced supervisors. These candidates will benefit from an innovative training programme, drawing on diverse contexts, and will be encouraged to complete at least two secondments at top-tier institutions across Europe during their PhD journey.
We are now opening applications for these 13 PhD positions, and we warmly invite you to explore the consortium’s webpage – https://www.transformresearch.eu/ – and follow us on LinkedIn – https://www.linkedin.com/company/transformresearch/ – to learn more.
